By using products or services provided by Cedarwood Labs LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

## Services and Accounts

We provide software applications, web platforms, and related digital services. Services are provided as is and may be modified or discontinued at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and providing accurate account information.

## Payments and Refunds

Paid services are billed through Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store. App-purchase refunds are governed by the respective app store. For direct subscriptions, contact us within 14 days for a refund.

## Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, harass others, or engage in illegal activity. All content, code, and designs in our products are owned by Cedarwood Labs LLC and may not be copied, modified, or reverse-engineered.

## Liability and Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cedarwood Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Use of our services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy](https://cedarwoodlab.com/privacy). These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.
