By using any products or services provided by Cedarwood Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide software applications, web platforms, and related digital services. Services are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Payments and Refunds

Paid services are billed through third-party payment processors including Stripe, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store. All payments are processed securely in USD unless otherwise stated. Refund policies for app purchases are governed by the respective app store. For direct subscriptions, contact us within 14 days for a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to: unauthorized access attempts, distributing malware, harassment, or any illegal activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and designs in our products are owned by Cedarwood Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our products.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cedarwood Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
